Particularly in insulation works, M.S. Ruban Maniyam and Mehala Maniyam are aspired to take their acquired skills and experience to the next level through the establishment of Maju Seri Bumi Engineering Sdn Bhd in 2019 with the aims to provide an all-inclusive range of insulation services, particularly to the Oil & Gas’ natural gas plants, petrochemical plants and offshore platforms, oil palm refineries, as well as other energy plants such as power generation plants, biomass plants, bio-fuel plants, storage tanks, and food & beverage manufacturing plants.
Operating from our headquarters in Mutiara Bukit Raja 2, Klang, Selangor, Maju Seri Bumi Engineering Sdn Bhd serves clients across Malaysia. Our strengths in focusing and delivering excellent jobs has started from our pillar that is our father M.S Maniyam AMN, AMS, PJK, whom have been in the insulation industry for the last 40 years. Since then, we have served numerous clients ranging from large corporate firms to small and medium enterprises. We provide top-notch workmanship and cost-efficient solutions that best meet our clients’ needs and desired specifications while meeting the expected timeline set forth by our clients.

Our Founders
Maju Seri Bumi Engineering Sdn Bhd was co-founded by M.S. Ruban Maniyam and Mehala Maniyam.
M.S. Ruban Maniyam
Graduated with a Diploma in Business Management from Mont Royale College, Kuala Lumpur, M.S. Ruban Maniyam has more than 11 years of industrial job experiences ranging from various on-site job assignments, operation management, project and people management.
Inspired by his father’s dedication in the insulation industry, Ruban has decided to set up Maju Seri Bumi Engineering Sdn Bhd with his sister, Mehala Maniyam, with the aim to take the experiences that he has acquired working alongside his father to the next level, aiming for greater business expansion, not just in the Malaysian market, but also into the Southeast Asian market.
Mehala Maniyam
Graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Technology Computer Science and Engineering (May 2007) from the Dr. M.G.R. Educational and Research Institute University, Chennai, India, Mehala Maniyam has kickstarted her career in multiple organisations and has acquired excellent knowledge and experience in handling leadership role and managing operations.
Despite her outstanding achievements throughout her 11 years of experience, she is still a firm believer of life-long learning and has consistently upgraded herself through various seminars and trainings. She has acquired her MBA in International Business from the University of East London in July 2019.
